The LORANDI centrifugal fan range MP®
A point of departure for the MODULPIPE line, centrifugal fans are the driving force behind pneumatic handling for a wide range of materials, from food granules to plastic items.
Unlike through-flow models, centrifugal fans are positioned on the line prior to the material inlet, pushing air into injectors for pneumatic conveying or rotary valves.
With their closed-blade design, our centrifugal fans provide optimal efficiency and the highest levels of thrust for trouble-free system operation. The choice of a pneumatic conveying fan depends on several factors, including the type of material, particle size, specific weight, quantity conveyed and vertical distances to be travelled.
To ensure that our customers have the best solution for their needs, we have developed a wide range of centrifugal fans for pneumatic conveying and special applications.
For smaller models (and for all upon request), an AISI 304 stainless steel version is also available, which is suitable for conveying foodstuffs or for lines installed in very damp environments.
Noise Reduction: LORANDI acoustic insulation system
Our specially designed soundproof cabins for fans reduce the noise emitted by centrifugal fans to a minimum, making the working environment more liveable.
A custom-made cabin is available for each fan model, which is fully soundproofed and equipped with a double opening hatch for maintenance.
